Castle Technology Limited announces today that its latest Terms and Conditions of sale have been revamped to conform to the DTI's "Consumer & Competition Policy". Jack Lillingston, Castle's Managing Director said, "As part of our continual drive to push up our standards, we asked Suffolk Trading Standards to check our Terms and Conditions. With their help we have now updated our Terms and Conditions to give enhanced protection to our consumer customers".
Castle is now one of just a small number of technology companies to have had their terms and conditions checked. Trading Standards confirms that: "These Terms & Conditions have been examined by Suffolk Trading Standards and are found to comply with the requirements of the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999".
