Japanese support

Introduction

With the introduction of the Unicode Font Manager support for Japanese language and other UTF8 encoded languages is possible.

The formal specification for this is released in document 2205203-02.htm. This specification also describes the UTF8 support provided by the newly released Unicodelib provided with the C/C++ Tools from Castle.
