DDR RAM

The memory controller on the IYONIX pc can address 1GByte of DDR SDRAM directly and current systems are supplied with 128MB or 512MB.

Only DDR memory that has been approved by Castle Technology should be used as there are important parameters which need to be checked especially CAS latency. The fact that memory appears to work does not guarantee good data integrity especially over large temperature ranges.
